PLEASE NOTE: This option is only available if we have specifically discussed and agreed on Walk and Talk therapy, including a completed risk assessment. If we haven’t yet arranged this, your first session will be a standard 50-minute face-to-face counselling session.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please give 24 hours notice or you will be charged a £20 cancellation fee.
