My Story
About Therapy
What is Integrative Therapy?
I offer integrative therapy in Canterbury and online, supporting adults through life’s challenges. This means I draw from different approaches - including Person-Centred, Gestalt, and Transactional Analysis - depending on what feels most helpful for you.
Underpinning all of this is my belief that the relationship between us is the most important part of therapy. My style is warm and collaborative, but also gently directional - I listen closely, ask questions that help you reflect, and sometimes offer gentle challenge to support your growth.

What Therapy Can Help With
People come to therapy for many reasons, and you don’t need to have everything “figured out” before starting. Some of the areas I often work with include:
-
Anxiety and panic
-
Stress or burnout
-
Relationship difficulties
-
Low mood, sadness, or depression
-
Emotional overwhelm
-
Identity and self-worth

What to Expect
Sessions are 50 minutes and usually weekly, though fortnightly sessions can sometimes be arranged. Therapy is open-ended - there’s no fixed number of sessions, and we can review together as we go.
I also offer flexibility through my online client portal, where you can book sessions at times that work best for you.
Fees range from £30–£49 per session.
